Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Memoory, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any content you post, share, or store in Memoory, including text, photos, and any other materials ("Content"). By submitting Content, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it complies with these Terms.

3. Zero Tolerance Policy

Memoory has a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to post, share, or store any Content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent
• Hateful, discriminatory, or threatening
• Sexually explicit or involving minors
• Harassing, bullying, or abusive toward others
• Spam or malicious software

Content that violates these terms may be removed immediately and without notice. Users who repeatedly violate these terms may be permanently banned from the app.

4. Reporting Objectionable Content

If you encounter content that you believe violates these Terms, you can report it directly within the app using the "Report" button available on any memory or user profile. All reports are reviewed promptly and appropriate action will be taken.

5. Blocking Users

You can block any user directly within the app. Blocked users will not be able to see your content or interact with you. Blocking a user also notifies our moderation team so we can review the reported behavior.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms of Use at our sole discretion, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Privacy

Your use of Memoory is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

Memoory and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Álvaro de Juan and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the Content you create, but grant Memoory a limited license to store and display it within the app.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Memoory is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or free from errors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memoory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll notify you through the app. Your continued use of Memoory after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
